Preliminary Program Grid for Caryn Liz Fauerbach

This is the Preliminary program schedule. Caryn Liz Fauerbach may or may not actually be on these items, but probably will. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, modifications to the program can occur throughout the convention.

Saturday 11:00 am: Submitting Your Work to Agents: When, Why and How (Ends at: 12:55 pm) Suite 1209
Coordinator:Caryn Liz Fauerbach (M)
A lot of queries to literary agencies get immediately rejected based on several factors that beginning authors often make. The doís and doníts of submitting, and why you need an agent if you are going the traditional publishing route. Everyone WANTS to find the next big unknown, but if you donít follow the proper protocol, your work will get passed over and ignored. Limited to 15 people.
Sunday 1:00 pm: Markets for Published Stories (Ends at: 1:55 pm) Frederick
Panelists:Leah Cypess (M), Caryn Liz Fauerbach, Alex Shvartsman, David Sklar
So your story has been published - what else can you do with it? Reprints, audio rights, and foreign markets for short stories
