Room reservation cut-off date: 29 September 2006

We have been assured by the hotel that each guest room is equipped with
free highspeed internet. In addition a portion of downtown Silver Spring
area is part of an Open Wifi Zone.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

As of Saturday, September 9th, Capclave's room block at the Hilton for
Saturday, October 21 is full. We'll be working with them to see if we can
increase the block and will let people know. In the meantime, members can still
make reservations by not using our WS2 code. The standard rate for the
rooms is $20 more than Capclave's. The "net direct" rate is actually
cheaper than our convention rate, but requires full payment in advance
and is not refundable.

As of Tuesday, September 12th, Hilton increased the Capclave room block.
Our members will be offered the con rate using the reservations link above.
