Our programming people have been working nonstop over the the last week, adding new material, updating descriptions, and generally doing everything possible to make programming at Capclave the best it can be. A new version of the schedule has just been posted. Take a look, we think you'll like it.

located on the Local Area information page.
If you have Google Earth installed, this file will whisk you
to the downtown Silver Spring area where you can check out the lay of the land.

It is with pleasure that the Capclave 2006 committee announces a fancy dress reception,
co-hosted with the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America (SFWA). The reception
will be held on Saturday night, 9:00 p.m.
Fancy dress is encouraged but not required; favorite drop-dead dress or jeans as you prefer.

Capclave will be running a silent auction during the convention, with the proceeds going to benefit the John M. Ford Book Endowment Fund. Stay tuned to this website; we'll be posting more details about the auction and listing some of the items that will be up for bids shortly. |
