What is a convention without a couple of parties? Good question and one we hope to never have to answer. They are a great place to meet old friends and new and share stories and discuss major world events. Star Wars or Star Trek, Lindsay or Britney, and the latest TV offerings are all on the table. Please feel free to open your room to friends and host a gathering. We like to keep it simple, so the following 300 page text should help guide you in your endeavors.
Please send an email to @ capclave.org informing the party tsar that you plan to host a party so that room buffer blocking around it can occur.
If you are willing to buffer a party, please let the party tsar know that as well.
Capclave and WSFA are not responsible for any damages that may be incurred during the course of your party. Any party that serves alcohol in any form must be a closed, invitation only party. Hosts have the right to ask any guest to leave at any time. It is their party. If hotel or con staff asks you to keep it down, please do.
