Just tell them you want the Washington Science Fiction Association Rate. We currently have no on-line registration system in place. Please call the hotel directly to make your reservations. *NOTE*: We have been informed by the hotel that we have run out of doubles rooms at the convention rate for Saturday. There are single king bed rooms still available, and we are currently working with the hotel to increase the room block. In the meantime, the hotel is quoting a rate of $125/night for doubles outside of the room block.

Singles & Doubles: rates from $119 USD/night

Triples: rates from $129 USD/night

Quads: rates from $159 USD/night

Getting to the Hotel via Metro:

The Twinbrook Metro station is directly behind the Hilton Hotel. When you exit the Station, turn to your right and take either the stairs or ramp up to the parking area, as shown on the Metro Neighborhood Map. Cross the parking area and Chapman Avenue: there is a crosswalk that will take you to the back entrance of the Hotel. You can either use the steps or the double doors to the left of the stairway to enter the Hilton. If you use the doors, there are elevators near the restaurant that will take you to the lobby level.
