There are three ways of registering. If you feel uncomfortable sending your credit card information across the web, we offer the traditional Pay by Mail option. Simply fill out the form (it makes it easier to read than handwriting), print it, and then mail it to us with either a check/money order or your credit card information. Please do not send cash. The second method is to go to our Pay On-line page (located on the secure server secure.bluehost.com/~capclave) which will ask you to fill out the same form as with the mail-in option. However, when you submit the information, it will be automatically stored in our secured database for processing (no need to find an envelope or stamp). The third option uses Paypal. Simply fill out the form (which is the same as above, minus the credit card information). When you submit the data, it will be stored in our secure database for con-related purposes. You will also be given confirmation on the price and given a link which takes you to Paypal where you can then pay for your memberships with your Paypal account (or credit card if wish). Note that our Paypal account is listed under the name of Barry Newton, who has graciously agreed to handle this for us. However, we can not process your membership until we have received confirmation of payment from Paypal.
Privacy Policy: As part of a web of related fan-based organizations we may, at times, share your name and contact information with similar non-profit fan-based organizations (as they share their databases with us). Your personal information will not be sold or shared for any other purpose. We will never release financial data to anyone other than the financial institutions necessary to process your membership payment. |
