Below is our on-line registration form for joining Caplave. There are a number of options
and special offers, so please take the time to read this text first.
You may pay for your membership(s) using either Paypal (you do not need to have a Paypal account
in order to use Paypal, they will also process credit cards directly), or by
providing us with your credit card information for manual submission if you
prefer not to use Paypal. If you do not wish to give out financial data over
the internet at all, please download, fill out, and mail this PDF copy of the
membership form to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
WSFA Press Special Offer:
Included this year is the ability to pre-order WSFA Press' two newest books,
The Three Quests of the Wizard Sarnod,
by Jeff VanderMeer, and Fire Watch
by Connie Willis. Both of these volumes will be premiering at Capclave, and now is your chance to reserve a copy for
yourself. In addition, we are again offering a special deal on last year's WSFA Press special book,
Reincarnations, by Harry Turtledove.
There are only a small number of these signed and numbered, limited-edition copies remaining. The special Capclave price includes $3.00
for shipping and handling, and this volume will be mailed to you now. And finally, you can order a bundle of all three books, to be
picked up at Capclave.

Due to the limited number of copies to be available, we are limiting pre-orders to one copy of each book per Capclave membership.
A limited number of additional copies will be available at Capclave in October.
If you are a program participant, your registration (and pre-orders) will be handled by the programming staff.
If you are already a member of Capclave and would like to pre-order one or more of the books, please contact the
webmaster. We are currently working out a plan for dealing with those people who have already registered. Once this is in place,
we will contact you with details.
